Graduated in 2021 with a B.S. in Information Technology and picked up the Certificate of Cybersecurity alongside it. Started stacking certs the same year — the kind of habit that pays off later, when something breaks at 2am and you already know where to look.

Help desk to cloud.

Got my start on a help desk for a K9 protection company supporting 200+ users — the kind of role where you learn the job by being the person everyone calls when nothing else works. Moved to a small MSP doing endpoint security and migrations across 60+ clients in two states. Now on the Azure scrum team at CDW, monitoring production environments and running threat detection and response.

Built and run our Elastic Engineering service inside Azure Managed Services. It’s pulled in five- and six-figure contracts and is part of why we keep our Microsoft Premier partnership. Quiet work, real numbers.

Designed and maintained a help desk system serving 200+ employees, drastically improving incident response time. Held Global Administrator duties across Office 365 / Azure, MDM, and proprietary company software — essentially the keys to the building.

Developed and tuned a Microsoft 365 spam filter by analyzing phishing patterns, and it got smarter every week. Managed user access and device deployment for secure onboarding and policy compliance, and maintained a semi-automated alert system that meant the right person heard about a problem before it grew.
